@flavouredblack I just learned through the developer that Scribbles has been discontinued for now. They also made Tweetie (Now Twitter for iPhone). They had huge success with that and I guess needed to refocus their time.
@gdawg277 A Wacom tablet is the most often used for drawing on a computer. Bamboo tablet is the entry-level product and at only $100 is actually quite good.
I just tried the Scribbles demo today and already decided that I must buy this program, just from my first sketch on it. That boundless canvas that you mention is perfect for me. I had not even realized that this is not a raster-based program... even sweeter! :-)
I draw with a Wacom tablet and set the touchstrips on the side to zoom in and out.

@prorattafactor Quite right. I've been using my Wacom Bamboo tablet for $120 with taxes and it's amazing for graphic design.
