  • He weighs like 250................. come on now

  • @CASSINOx who gives a fuck how much he weighs! you people have little dicks so you try to find some excuse for everything. its still 300 pounds. @TheAnime345678 who cares how big his forearms are if he is benching that much? im sure its better than what you can do.

  • @altahawks50 i don't have a little dick lol all i was saying he weights like 250 meaning it is impressive bc 50 more lbs but he should get a little more, wasn't hating was just saying. and I'm not a fat kid i weigh 165ish and can get 250 i think thats pretty good for 17 lol

  • @altahawks50 Who gives a fuck how much he weighs? If you knew anything about lifting, you'd know how crucial body weight is. Do some research before posting.

  • @altahawks50 LOL you said who cares how much he weighs,

  • baby forearms

  • arching the back enables the lifter to active the lats aswell.. making it easier to push big weight. for a one rep max this is good form. tho i would say u should activate ur core alittle more. it looks like u didnt but if so then good job on that too haha

  • Check out my vid of me hitting 315 on bench at 149 pounds. Please let me know what you think.

  • i can bench my body weight 2

  • waste of a video for one dumb rep knowing you can post another with your max if that was "easy" to you.

  • Hate why?

  • dam....why all the dislikes??

  • just a couple douchebags in their natural habitat

  • @GodImHideous So people who lift weights are douchebags? You are fucking pathetic. It's better than what you probably do, sitting at your desk eating cheetos all day.

  • @DarkSpawnProductions no, posers who do ORMs while wearing beanie caps and basketball shorts and make a video of it and post it on youtube to try to show off are douchebags

  • @GodImHideous Hell, can't argue with that. Sorry thought you were targeting weightlifters in general.

  • loose sum wieght fatty

  • Gotta love high school kids taking their body weight in supplements :D

  • quick talking shit...good lift

  • "First attempt 300 bench press= douche"

  • haha nice 95lbs bench press for 1

  • @TheWhozWHO Bar is 44lb + 4x44lb disks + 2x22lb is already 264lb... and I didn't count the smallest one so I guess it arrives at 300lb for all. You should go gym before saying fake.

  • weaksauce

  • yeah right homie, those plates are so thin they are 20 pound ers at best! more a like a 199lbs max train more!

  • @ydna681 Lol you're retarded.

  • @ydna681 Those are clearly 45's dumbass... lol

  • bet you he runs a mile in like 12 min...

  • @25DEVILpup more like 17min

  • @25DEVILpup jelly

  • its good form to have a SLIGHT arch but thats a little extreme. not that he wouldnt of gotten the weight any way that looked way to easy to be a 1 rep max

  • DUDE YOU LIKE 40

  • That is the ''powerlifting'' form which is perfectly fine, then there is the ''bodybuilding'' form which requires you to be glued on the bench. So nothing to hate on this video move along haters.

  • nobody in these comments can push twice their bodyweight.

  • @obezana i can push 4x.....wit leg press :P

  • you're gay

  • Thats that exorcist form right there

  • 0:26 spun it enough?

  • @unkowngangsta oh cuz that makes it lighter? grip tension is really important. lots of people do that. u gna comment about what hes wearing next? fucking moron.

  • @obezana someones mad.

  • yeah, form is perfect actually. idk why the dislikes.

  • Why the dislikes...

  • STFU form police. You don't have to pause on a bench press, as long as you control it and don't bounce the weight.

  • fat

  • Arch your back, pull your shoulder blades in, tuck your feet, drive your legs. This man has excellent form. Idk what people freak about. Best way to not get hurt, maximizes muscle group usage.

  • Wow that was easy good job man

  • form looed alright to me. My max bench or even doing like 3 reps i always pause on my chest

  • form is fine

  • who cares if he didn't pause, that was impressively quick and powerful....

  • Also not to mention in a powerlifting meet you have to balance the bar on your chest before you can complete the lift. Therefore making it harder. but congrats on the 300

  • I bench 275, I'm only a 16 year old and I have still have a way to go. But that form in a powerlifting meet will get you disqualified. No doubt, his back is fine but it's his feet that are wrong. During the lift your feet have to remain in contact with the floor at all times.

  • nice form dude

  • mayby 180 lbs

  • Hey smart ass, check out scobby1961 (channel) on this matter. He'll set your monkey ass straight. You young punks don't know as much as you think. That's why you young punks walk around in small T-Shirts when you really wear a x-large, thinking your ripped when your only chubby. fyi I bench over 300

  • @dirkdigler21 well it sounds like you think your ripped pussy!! nobody needs to fukin know how much you bench and nbody gives a rats ass how much you bench got that??

  • @dirkdigler21

    You're a fucking dumbass

  • *Insert random bitching here because I can't bench 300*

  • By arching your back, your turning this exercise into a decline bench press.......which is easier, thats why he took this approach.............

  • @dirkdigler21 Your really dumb

  • @dirkdigler21 Thats the stupidest thing ive ever heard. ahahaa

  • Arching your back is actually the proper way to bench. It puts your chest in the maximum position to take the front of the weight and makes a stable base to support the weight.

  • ahahahah! wtf are u trying to do? break ur back in half???? shittiest lift iv ever seen u flimsy excuse for an erect penis.

  • @TjR3O3 Youre a idiot, come at me bro

  • Most of you cant even lift this weight so dont hate. He archs his back because he is not big chested like most proffesional weightlifters so to make up for it he lifts his back/chest up. Also this helps him press his feet in the ground to stablize/activate all of this body's muscles. Arrogant keyboard warriors.

  • waw omfg with these fucking keyboard warriors lift was fine his ass was on the bench stop complaining i bet none of you fuckers can even lift that much

  • you guys are fat + wearing hat in gym = fail

  • @Nthompson50000 the fuck? how is wearing a hat in the gym a fail?

  • welcome to youtube... the home of the keyboard warriors....

  • Sucks that this guy is getting ripped on for having a power lifting stance power lifting stance builds brute strength hence arnold did power lifting before body building ppl are just ignorant and think that laying flat is the only acceptable bench if you go to a lifting event this is how they lift it is right his form is great and if he keeps his butt on the bench hes good go watch how to powerlift bench you will all look dumb.

  • You guys need to check out ''so you think you can bench?'' series, because this guys got form down superb.

  • you are supposed to arch your back you retards, the only thing that should touch is your shoulder blades, your ass and your feet planted on the floor

  • that was a good lift

but your fat so it doesnt matter

  • That was a very good lift. All of the haters have never seen powerlifting before. Look up "Dave Tate's Six-Week Bench Press Cure" and shut your god damn mouths.

  • @xJDKx gotta have your feet flat to be a good lift.

  • @mikepants1 Watch Dave Tate's Six-week bench press cure before you start talking shit. This is a perfect lift.

  • Were you pretending the bench was lava and you didnt want your back to touch it....? lol.

  • @Ragekoolaid

you may do this only if youre shoulders and youre ass touching the bench only thing he did wrong was his foots not flat on the ground and he might just slow it down on the way to his chest then nothing is wrong

  • @Ragekoolaid its a powerlifting arch.. pretty standard. fucking ignorant moron..

  • @obezana Shine my knob.

  • @Ragekoolaid it's called an arch, you must not lbench much

  • @BrandonHinzMMA Arches aren't good form

  • @MistahMondayKnight for powerlifting most people arch, because you can throw up more weight, but you're right, when it comes to bodybuilding you want a flat back.and how's it going dude? haha

  • @BrandonHinzMMA Shine my knob.

  • @Ragekoolaid The idiot is strong with this one.

  • @Ragekoolaid it's a powerlift, you need to do this with your back to maximize the weightlifting, but if you do this for body building purpose you dont want to arch your back

  • Good lift.

  • ur fat. anyone can bench that when they'r fat. lose 40 kg and see if u can still do it.

  • @fxb4 in that case then ryan kenelly, scot mendelson and every pro powerlifter is a pussy

  • I don't see the problem with his bench... it's power lifting style guys.. i checked your chanels anddd i'm not seeing anything! besides Fbx4 which actually has some nice shit.

  • lol @ his back. looks like someone turning a regular bench press into a decline bench

  • I don't think your check list was long enough before you actually DID the bench press.

  • plant your feet lock your hips you got 315 easily

  • to everyone who criticizes his form and arched back - shut the fuck up, losers, you dont know shit about weightlifting, YOU ARE A FUCKIN JOKE AND I STUFFED YOUR MOUTH FULL OF COCK

  • @dan7edan7e that form is only specifically used for power lifters and this man is not a power lifter its supposed to decrease the range of the rep while still mainly concentrating on the chest for someone to say 300 pounds is easy and brag about it while using a form incorrect for the lifting he is doing is a pussy hes not using a belt which is needed for this kind of form there goes his back

  • @chickenstick321 Powerlifting is not about form. It is about getting the weight up. Bodybuilding is not about form. Its about growing the muscle. Yet, for some reason, whenever people see a powerlifting form - they complain. Whenever they see bodybuilding form (partial ROM with accent on chest muscles and "suicide grip") - they complain.

  • @chickenstick321 And that happens because those complaining are amateurs. They come to the gym benching 100lbs. Their trainer shows them the basic textbook form. That is back flat on the bench and full rom until locked arms. Why? Because its simple, they can understand it and it is injury safe AT LOW WEIGHTS. Now, by the time you progress to 300lbs+, you should really make your choice. What is it - PL or BB? And after that there is NO point doing the textbook form anymore.

  • you should put your fit on the pad so you don't arch your back as much. It may not be an issue now but down the road you will have serious back issues

  • you could have done it twice

  • the lift is good

  • I don't see why so many dislikes, this lift is good, no issues at all, he's using a powerlifter stance.

  • The form is spot on if your goal is being a douchebag

  • @mrmag1cc: Dude thats a great form. Look at any powerlifter and you will notice an arched back and them bringing the bar to the lower chest.

  • that form is spot on if anyone disagrees, look at dave tate bench press tips

  • Nothing wrong with his form. It is actually spot on.

  • just hit 300 today , amazing feeling :)

  • i use to bench press like that and ended up with a six pack on my ass

  • 300? That looks like either 305 or 260

  • @dumpywhite To me it looks like

    Four 45's plus bar = 225

    Two 25's = 275

    Two 10's = 295

    Two 2.5's = 300

  • this video could've been 4 seconds...

  • jajajajajajaaj acuestate

  • Love all the comments saying he will mess up his back, all goes like that on every impressive bench video. Some may have poor form. This guy dont, it's a commonly used powerlifting stance he is taking while benching. The lift is impressive and people cant seem to admit it. Like EddygPS3 here below me, I bet 90% of the people telling him he archs his back too much can't even bench their own weight. Keyboard warriors are so pathetic...

  • @stillbadz in fairness that guy is fat, he might weigh 300

  • @stillbadz arching your back is fine, i do it as well, but you gotta keep your ass down or it's just a decline press...and i actually i'm 165 benching 215 for reps...so yeah

  • @stillbadz Agreed, besides the only safe way to bench is by staying tight like this. Besides hes barely arching compared to a lot of bench specialists...

  • Yeah, I'm 15 years old and i bench around 500lbs and this kid is obviously a noob who could never amount to anything, because he's a pussy. Yeah im gonna go to the NFL one day a be a star player so everyone should listen to me because im right and better than all of you guys... /sarcasm

  • try arching your back more!

  • I'm 13 and I can do 430lbs in bench much better and form improved. I also am perfectly natural and do it with diamond perfect form.

No lies, just check my channel I have the vid up finally.

  • wtf I come here expecting see someone benching 300lbs but it's this?

  • Spotter steps.

    1) Check out your arms

2)roll up your sleeves so everyone else can see them

3)Check them out one more time just in case. xD

  • @me6x Haha well spotted.. .... do you see what I did there? Huh? Do you see? Ah nevermind.

  • @me6x Lmfao i saw that.

  • lulz, fail.

  • That is powerlifting technique yes, but that does not in any way translate to functional strength. The utilization of every muscle to move a particular weight is a useless gesture outside of competition.

  • perfect technique, lojks

  • i can do that without getting cocky as hell about it to.

  • arching ur back like that is a big NO NO

  • @danch10 It is a big no no for body building/working out but that is a powerlifting technique

  • LOL people are SO funny, arch your back more? pussy leg stance? funny lift? you guys are all jokes. You can't lift this much weight, your upset that you can't lift this much weight, you use great form in your lifts, so you wonder why you can't lift this much weight, and so you come on here and troll people who can lift that much weight. Form or no form, he's stronger than you in this lift, get the fuck over it and work harder.

  • @bibs905

you deserve a pat on your back

and a dick in your mouth

  • @Aspiret620 obviously I touched a nerve with you, you're clearly one of those weak trolls who uses great form but can't lift SHIT. Did I hurt you're feelings??

  • @bibs905

    more like lol'd my feelings

come back when you can spell basic kindergarten shit

  • Bit strange that you did 300lbs that easy on a first attempt. Surely with that power you should be attempting quite a bit higher. Or do you just kind of rep out more in your workouts?

  • fat fuck

  • i dont think you arched your back enough

  • @sungod4009 Its called powerlifting you ignorant fuck. Get familiar

  • @214theabbey What? Pussy lifting? Ohh.... That style...

  • @InferiorThanYou Yeah that style that has guys in it that will throw your scrawny ass further than you can spit your boyfriends load...yeah that style.

  • @214theabbey You mean that style to fuck little boys in the ass, yeah that style. That's your thing. Only thing that made sense is the fact you admit to being a pussy who can't even bench press without arching. But hey, you're the one who likes to arch into little boys.

  • @InferiorThanYou Absolutely none of that made sense...good try though random.

  • @214theabbey Says a little boy molester. No wonder your brain isn't there, as you fuck little boys and consider it a "power lift". Eh.

  • @InferiorThanYou Once again, irrelevant to everything previously said that actually made sense.

P.s.- You are inferior "To" me

  • @214theabbey Stating the obvious, good job.

  • @sungod4009 idiot arching your back is fine as long as your butt is touching the bench

  • funny lift

  • You bench like a retard. youre not supposed to arch your back

  • @JakeJordan55 yes you are. watch powerlifters max out.

  • with an arch like that i could bench a mill keep your back straight

  • @plzcometomywebsite its a valid bench press. powerlifters have a different form than bodybuilders. his entire upper back and ass are in contact with the bench at all times.

  • @plzcometomywebsite post a video of you doing a bunch then, use an arched back and lets see what u got

  • @plzcometomywebsite Yes, but you can't bench a mill, nor can you bench 300 lbs with this arch. So stfu and stop trolling.

  • only reason i went to this is because the thumbnail looked like you were bench pressing in the middle of a lake

  • @DudMan2111 ahhaah i see it. I thought it was some skinny kids with epic fail.

  • Down and up very smooth and easy. That's not your max. You should be at 325 at least.

  • Why so much hate?

  • why so many dislikes? very clean lift with great form.

  • Cool vid ,looked very easy

  • i see u have adopted the pussy leg stance

  • @fxb4 your a fucking dumbass, you obviously don't know anything about lifting. His stance is a powerlifter stance that is why he arches his back and leg. so stfu...

  • @fxb4 do you have autism?

  • @fxb4 its the power lifting stance

  • Go to 0:35 to save you time actual time.

  • You looked like you had more reps in there, pal.

  • what a guy,,,,,,,,,,,,

  • ONE REP . I HATE ALL THE PEOPLE THAT GO FOR THE MOST WEIGHT AND DO ONE ONE FUCKING REP . ATLEAST DO A WEIGHT THATS GONNA DO SOMETHING FOR YOU NOT SHOW OFF AND ACT BECAUSE U CAN LIFT HEAPS

  • @behi53 people do this to train for explosiveness and they also do it to see if they are getting stronger genious

  • @goatkiller68 know how i train for explosiveness? watch a shitload of porn. >_<

  • @behi53 its actually extremely beneficial to max out every once in a while. when you max out you push your muscles to their fullest abilities which causes your muscle fibers to tear hence stimulating muscle growth

  • @puff1366613 maxing on lifts isnt as hard on your muscle as it is on you mentally. If your looking to stimulate growth a 8-12 rep range is better "tears" down the muscle fibers more and stimulates more growth. Max lift to build muscle but its more working your CNS and teaching it to recruit more muscle fibers.

  • @puff1366613 no it doesnt. pellesh is correct. Maxing out is purely CNS related, it trains your body to more efficiently recruit the muscle fibers you already posess. Maxing out will build zero muscle.

  • @behi53 Um......If you go to a powerlifting competition they're not going to say "OK lets see who can do the most reps on 225!".......Shut up.

  • .............im in the 9th grade and i do more wheight than that,

  • thats good form for power lifting which people dont know the difference between the two and assume that everyone that arches their back as bad form...haha
