i did the appsync install thing step by step in accordance with your video, however, i did it on my ipod 2g with 4.2.1 and its stuck at the apple screen now, please help. it wont even go into recovery mode or anything. itunes wont read it, although it does seem to recognize that its attached.

Guys first of all do not i repeat do not try this method on the latest versions or at all cause it causes a malfunction in your i device.

and for those having a problem being stuck at the apple logo all you have to do is connect your idevice to your pc and hold the power and home button until the screen goes black and lights back up then keep on holding for a little while until the itunes recognizes the device and asks for permission to restore to a functional form.

@Xerolt9 @vichetmeng switch it off completely and unplug it frm the PC. Hold down the menu button, and then plug it in while holding it down. Wait till the connet to itunes screen appears. Then you can go to itunes and restore it.

This doesnt work is you've jailbroken your ipod with blackra1n (3.1.2). It will say your ipod isnt jailbroken if u try to access the root folder.

You need to download a file called Afc2add from cydia, then it should read.

hey with this program diskaid you get the exact same experience as ssh-ing with WinSCP, with this program you dont have to jailbreak your ipod tho and you well with this program its not called SHHing but you "shh" thru usb cord. all you need to do is download the free app from the app store called Fileaid, and youre ready to go
