i was able to build a computer rig that can run this game at max settings at 1080p for about $1100. The GPU is a radeon 6950 2gb and the CPU is an AMD Phenom II x4 @ 3.2 GHz and also 8gb (2 x 4gb) ram. I think this was money well spent because i have both a high end gaming system and a personal computer in one at a reasonable price in my book.

It can do it at 1920x1080, all settings at Enthusiast, and no AA. You can try 2AA without it tanking, as I've tried that on my 5870 with 1GB of VRAM.
