It's just an overdriven tube amp, he doesn't use effects. He plays orange, I don't know what model. Pickup on treble, playing the top strings. It's pretty simple.

he also uses really really thick strings
like stupidly thick, even for the high strings
because he says it makes him "feel like hes playing the guitar, even though it really hurts"
