That's too much work for just 1 small quest. Beside, Seogorath may appear in the future Elder scroll games so a fixed image makes thing much less complicated.

WARNING- do not do the quest in malkroth where you have to solve the conspiracy, all the guards attack you and if you kill them you have a really high bounty if you dont they chase you everywhere
