Kevin CAN and DOES sing very well...listen to the album. A lot of times when singing live it doesn't sound the same. I heard him live and loved it. And I have the album. It's great music.

FYI I think "great" voice is streching it. Also, just like Jennifer Love Hewitt and Paris Hilton, if they weren't famous already, they wouldn't be playing big concerts with probands, their labels would take a pass. I'm not perfect but I could play and sing circles around Kevin, but I wasn't in Waterworld so he is touring and I'm playing crappy local bars.

Love him or not, he can not carry a tune to save his life!!! I live in Nashville and because he is a big movie star (Great Actor) they let him sing on the Grand Ole Opry. What a disgrace to the Opry! Why do movie stars think they can sing? Why do singers think they can act? Why do modles want to sing or act. Sure their are a few exceptions but Kevin is not one of them. Not being a hater just a realist, I wish Kevin would do the same.

PART ONE: I happen to know that it was Christine who convinced him to start the band in the first place. He had kicked around the idea for years and she supplied that last leap of faith for him to step off the edge and just DO IT! She could see that this made him HAPPY.

PART TWO: I, for one, admire the hell out of her. She's got class and brains and the patience of Job. She seems like a pretty "together" woman. I wouldn't expect anything less for Kevin, as he is a very "together" man. He chooses to do movies that HE WANTS to do, then proceeds to do them in the manner he envisions them to be done in, and his integrity is non-negotiable.

Great Video! I just saw him in Niagara Falls Canada on 1/4/08 and he puts on a good show. You could tell he was REALLY HAPPY performing in his band, instead of acting for a change. Would recommend to go see him and the band...
