@TheTrainTicket about Marik dressing effeminately because of identity problems, I think that's likely; also his father, from which boys are supposed to draw an idea of masculinity from (even more so with Marik because he didn't have any other older men to look up to) was a complete psycho, so his girlish way of dressing might be a subconscious objection to what his father was like... if that's understandable. Mello from DN, who was a screwed-up orphan, also dressed very effeminately.
