Forgot to mention:

Ryan Tedder doesn't lip sync. He really sings live and even sings better than the studio version i feel. He designs his own instrument, and uses a variety of instruments and variations in melody to create the emotions he wants behind each masterpiece. From all these, I can see and feel that he and his band are really devoting a lot of efforts to deliver good music to those who appreciate.

This is what we call talent. This is what we call music. This is what we need to hear.
