One the biggest things in my life has been that i've had a chance to be a longtime fan of Emmylou's. She, in many ways, has unknowingly been a distant mentor to me... her strength of character, her integrity and her deep respect for life and every living being. She is forever in my heart and her music is in my soul.
It sure is an important issue. Sometimes i wonder what kind of world this would be if there weren't such caring or concerned folks... i wish there were more people like Emmylou and her Mom, Jeanie.
