If these people are proud in the kitchen they should establish their own title on the video. For example "Brian's home cook filet minon" something like that. At least that will get more viewers.
Second, borrowing some famous person name like Gordon Ramsay to advertise your own stupid video is not because he or she enjoys their kitchen, its because they know without the name and the common search engine relationship making they would not get any people watching it at all.
