Ladies can sing this way- we have two voices- head voices and chest voices. I started out 30 yrs ago as a soprano, and, as my voice matured, I went to mezzo-soprano, and, now, at 63, my voice has deepened to alto.(I don't smoke, and drink whisky only occasionally, so it has happened naturally). Men can do the reverse, by singing falsetto. BTW She looks to me to be a she- no fella naturally moves like that.
