  • Haha papa swole

  • @Ozzrya91 no shit

  • If you want to see how to do barbell bicep curls even better go to my channel page

  • this guys mad small

  • How many reps/sets should I do for mass? I weigh 180, and I've always used dumbbells for my curls. Gonna' start using a barbell though. Thanks in advance.

  • @Mordocyanide 10-12 is for mass. you should do both, barbell and dumbbell, both are very good

  • how much weight?

  • he doesn't go AHHHHHHHHRRRRRRGGGG!!!!!!!!!! like the other guy :P

  • Your arm to tit ratio is way off man.

  • I got dis barbell but the weight i got in small is 1.25KG. Some1 tell me what kg he's using plz

  • guy's triceps are mutant!

  • great vid :)

  • i worked out for quiet a long time, and I notice that for the barbell curl bicep excercise, you need to go higher than dumbell curl. Does anyone agree on this??

  • swinging actually does help when your muscles are fatigued just look at me!

  • Where you get that Bench from? that is nice. it has preacher curl station and everything

  • Good video man, the illustration pic on the chart I got with the bench confused me.

  • Please dont follow Lizardfairbads advice. He will end up with messed up wrists pretty damn soon.Worst advice ever.Straight barbells will wreak your wrists if you keep doing it and with heavy weight.

  • Err, I mean chins

  • Weighted pull-ups for biceps FTW

  • YEA BABEL CULS

  • Doesn't this also work out your forearms?

  • yes they do

  • if you swing you might be able to lift more but it doesn't do shit because you are just using momentum to lift the extra weight rather than your muscles. if you want to build muscle and not just look cool then don't swing

  • @lukekvas DO U HAVE TO KEEP URE ARMS TUCKKED RIGHT IN URE SIDES OR CAN YOU LEAVE A GAP BETWEEN THEM

  • Lol from how childish your comments are I would say your a little shit who comes on youtube thinking because youv done weights in school you know everything.

  • what about breathing? when to inhale\exhale?

  • Always exhale while going up, inhale while letting the weight down.

  • thanks

  • What effect does this technique have?

  • it just keeps your breathing really. people have a tendency to tense up and hold their breath while lifting. Breathing regularly slows the build up of lactic acid (which is the burn you feel) in your muscles.

  • it works the while Bicep, im a 16 yr old kid, i am 6'1" and 185 lbs, to tone i lift 45lbs 3set 10rep, to build strength and muscle i lift 90+ lbs 1set 10reps

  • @NorseAztec Bullshit, youtube Mark rippetoe's video in breathing.

  • start the exercise off with an exhale..and the barbell hanging...remember to keep elbows in at sides, flexed and locked, and starting lifting...palms straight up all the way (USE ONLY STRAIGHT BARBELL IF POSSIBLE)...this way the bicep is contracted, and it will work the whole bicep muscle group...once your forearms touch your biceps, pause for a second, and inhale...lower bar and repeat

  • @Lizardfairbad worst advice ever

  • @j0rb3n i will absolutely admit that was terrible advice.. worst advice ever, maybe not so much. i hadnt started working out seriously then, and pretty much had no idea of what i was doing

  • Swing isnt the worst thing, it is used for training.
