Her mother was a golden, her father was a standard poodle. She's almost 2 years old now and about 48 lbs now (both her mother and father were about 45 lbs). We got her from Cottage Prince Doodles (located in southern Illinois). She's very smart and very energetic and loves the agility course, we couldn't have asked for a better pup!
I'll be getting a goldendoodle puppy in 2 weeks (8 weeks at the time I'll take it home)--how long had you been teaching your goldendoodle to sit/lay down, etc? Looks like she's got a great grasp of it already!
At this point, I think we worked with her maybe a weekend. Remember to be really excited when they do something right and reward them immediately. The first weekend she had down and sit pretty reliably. Also, best thing we did for training was to put bells on the door and before we took her out we'd have her ring the bells. Now whenever she needs to go out she'll hit at the bells and we'll hear it no matter what we're doing!
