I don't know what I would think if I was watching this and all of the sudden I saw a second plane come from the side of the camera and hit the next building. I was about 10 or 11, I live near Los Angeles, and I remember the whole thing on TV so well...I didn't even know what the World Trade Center was, the biggest landmark for me as a 10 year old boy was the Shea Stadium Apple, because I was (and am) a huge Mike Piazza and New York mets fan.
But I remember seeing that second plane hit live jsut as I was coming upstairs to get ready for school...it was sickly hypnotic, moving closer and closer...and couldn't do anything about it...
i've just now watched all the major networks/cable channels' live coverage of the 2nd plane collision and it's amazing that this local fox station did maybe the most solid reporting of them all. other networks weren't even sure that it was a plane that caused the second explosion, because they weren't even watching the feed. here the lead anchor saw it happen and declared that this was a terrorist attack within seconds. amazing.
What is that flying object that appears at about 35 seconds at the top right hand corner and flies quicky to the left?? It appears to come out of no where and seems to be flying very fast. The just at the 3:40 mark Jim says "Right now chopper five, anybody on?" Some witness. I remember watching this live on TV from the UK, I watched as the second plane hit, and when both towers collapsed. It shocked me to my very core then, and its still does even today, even watching this video now, the hairs on my neck stand on end. Its not everyday you see a defning moment in history this clearly portrayed in live footage. RIP to all the victims, and condolences to their families and friends.

@dirtylogs No mystery about building 7. When the towers fell tons of debris fell on it. There was a huge section torn out of the middle front. The building also had a large fire burning inside from the flaming debris that tore it open, fires that burned for 6 hours before the collapse. The real mystery is why it stood for as long as it did.

My family and I watched this as it was happening. I kept asking why didn't the fire department try to put the fire out? I thought they might have something they could do, like they do forrest fires. Later on after the destruction was over, Bush ordered all planes to cease flying all over the US. I went out and it seemed like even the birds and other creatures knew what had happened. I was about 10 or 11, I live near Los Angeles, and I remember the whole thing on TV so well...I didn't even know what the World Trade Center was, the biggest landmark for me as a 10 year old boy was the Shea Stadium Apple, because I was (and am) a huge Mike Piazza and New York mets fan.
But I remember seeing that second plane hit live jsut as I was coming upstairs to get ready for school...it was sickly hypnotic, moving closer and closer...and couldn't do anything about it...

i've just now watched all the major networks/cable channels' live coverage of the 2nd plane collision and it's amazing that this local fox station did maybe the most solid reporting of them all. other networks weren't even sure that it was a plane that caused the second explosion, because they weren't even watching the feed. here the lead anchor saw it happen and declared that this was a terrorist attack within seconds. amazing.

What is that flying object that appears at about 35 seconds at the top right hand corner and flies quicky to the left?? It appears to come out of no where and seems to be flying very fast.
