This video's title should read, "Foreclosure proceeding fraud explained by BOA collector 6/23/09 Part 1 of 3" And, the recording quality is so poor that I can't make out what the bank rep is saying.
Banks have nothing invested in their so-called loans. When you signed your promissory note, the bank deposited it as a credit upon which they could "lend" 9 times as much. Then they gave you your money, which you created with your signature. Then they charged you 3 X that for the service.
@stopdemockery Sorry the quality was bad for you. I did adjust the sound about 30 seconds or so into the call.
You are absolutely correct that the borrower creates the capital for the transaction, which the originator refuses to disclose, as well as refusing to disclose many other things. I worked in the industry, and left because of their fraud.
This specific recording is evidence I presented after its upload to criminal prosecutors for criminal charges against banks.
Stop you forclosure before its to late. Go to [icansuemylender. com] The reason the website name is apart is youtube wont let you post website names as comments. so go to this site it will help you, it helped me SAVE MINE !!
All of my life I've upheld my financial obligations, all of them, but, dealing with BofA, seeing the amount of fraud going on with these bailouts, and this entire housing mess, I say fuck them all, I totally support Jason in protecting his financial interest by any means necessary, to hell with BofA, the entire system of finance in America is fuct, 100% fraudulant
BofA is not the plaintiff; they are simply trying to capitalize as a cross-claimant, but they themselves even agreed to take deed in lieu or short sale, but failed to do so. I then offered to drop my claims of misrepresentations if they would drop their claims, but they refused (duh, they have nothing to lose).
I guess I'm missing the point. You've made the comment that you can pay it...why aren't you paying? Just pay. You want them to drop the lawsuit then pay the payment??? I'm behind on my mortgage but it's not BoA's fault. I'm simply out of a job.

@duanescot Yeah, they don't care about real business. Expose them.
And make my videos of their crimes go viral.
Thanks,
Jason
