It doesn't matter anymore how his cell works because we know now how to run any gasoline engine with pure HHO. His invention will be devalued and useless.

American Stanley Meyer who was killed for it. But the capacitor idea is good. If you have a capacitor you could charge for a minute then use it to split a liter of water to run a car for an hour why not. You won't need long battery charging.
Mr. Dingel should keep the technology within Philippines. This technology will provide more jobs for the filipinos than selling the idea to other countries. It should be the filipinos who should benefit from this technology. We don't need outside influence to grow these ideas!
@dreamyear I have a distinct recollection from the 60s / very early 70s of a morris miner 1100 car, owned by an old welsh inventor, running on water, and he did have it running, it was on the BBc News at night, we heard no more about it, or Him...anyone else recall this ??

Could those have been battery relays cutting more batteries in as demand got higher on the electrolyzer ? Does that make sense ?
i remember telling me before that he can run an air conditioner unit just using his small reactor, how can he run with a few capacitor inside the small battery box ?..... When i watch his demonstration about the bulb, a few minutes the bulb light, a capacitor discharge his load in seconds, another question .....well still a question.....correct me if im wrong...

@dreamyear Sorry bro, that was 5 years ago, but still fresh on my mine what happens that day, i can not sleep the hole night what i saw amaze car running on water. we are about 10 person that day with 2 lawyer coz his trying to patent his HHO cuting device. To tell you the truth just last January i notice about HHO since i have internet at Home. Im still looking hard to find mr. Dingel until now hope i see him soon again....

@vox1philippines that means..he's using hho gas to power pem fuel cell...but..pem fuel cell only works on hydrogen gas....5years ago pem fuel cell were not commercially available..yes..please do confirm..if this is ture...it's more incredible than water powered car.

It may not be even a big capacitor but a full battery inside. Please take note of the casing size and the water it can hold. Does it make you wonder?
