@JoyMaze123 yes. elements 8 is about $100 give or take, depending on where you buy it. pro is about $805. elements is the basic stuff. it has all the features a regular person needs. pro is more for a professional photographer or director. if you are just a typical user like me elements should suit your needs.

well you don't have a very fgood webcam...you need a really good one or one that has a lot of FPS (frames Per Second)

I had the same problem in PE7. Just use a third party capturing program like Windows Media Encoder or Quicktime Pro :)
