SWEET!! do you use a taye kit cuz i have a taye kit and i was wondering wether i should change the resonant side with the stock dynaton stock heads on the bottom to Evans G1s clear?? would it sound any different.....

I don't use taye but they're great drums. Unless you're doing some crazy recording and are an expert at tuning I'd just leave the stock heads on the resonant side. You'd have to be super picky to hear a difference

yes i left the stock heads on the bottom except for the snare which has a snare side ambassador on the bottom. but for batter it depends what you play. i use g2s

you might like something like pinstripe batter heads but g2s are my favorite. watch some tuning vids on youtube, look up a guy named bob gatzen

Do you use a mixer/pre-amp or is that just an USB microphone? If you use a mixer then there's a knob that says "PAN" on it that you should center. If you use an USB microphone then it's probably the pan inside your recording program you use.
