okay, so I plan to either move here, or any other suburbs of San Diego sometime, after I graduate. I really am interested in Chula vista, after just of the brief research, do you think it would be a good place to start on my own?
@STFUDiedraa San Diego area in my opinion is a great place to live. As for living on your own, it could be pricey, depending on the type of income would be making. Also depends where you're coming from. Could be a "shock", if the cost living is quite different. But other than cost wise, it's a great place to be. Better to be poor in a great place with great weather, than live where the weather sucked.
@nikkimanago Thank you for watching! Hope it brought some memories back and gave you a bit of chance to see what has changed here... or has stayed the same!
Thanks for posting. We are looking at moving to Chula Vista. It looks like Chula Vista gets nicer the further east you travel. Seems like the areas improved after the 805, then improved again after the 125. Is this correct?
@VideoPhyle Yes, correct. But I'd say more, it's just newer, past 805, there is only a very small area that's over 25 years old. Everything else past 805 is under 25 years old. Then the housing and business along 125 is where a lot more of the newer housing and businesses are popping up. Also, if you check the video of Palomar Street, you'll also see towards the end, the newer area as well, along with Birch Road video. Also have the Otay Ranch Town Center, one of the newest malls.
