For Saint-Patricks day I was in an Irish pub in Montreal (Canada), and it was insane. Everyone was dressed with irish flag t-shirts, wearing kilts and shouting very loud. Was quite fun, overcrowded and entertaining!

In San Francisco we have a parade and then I go home to my Irish grandparents to be ranted at about how much they miss Ireland and how terrible it was to grow up on a farm there in the 1920's and how they may not miss Ireland as much as they first claimed to.

I was lucky enough to be in the St. Patrick's day parade in New York City, I'm in my schools marching band and it was really unforgettable. It was incredible to see the crowded streets filled with people. We got in a bus accident, got delayed 2 hours, and were exhausted, but it was certainly worth it! I'm sorry you didn't get to do much but hope your day was lovely anyway!

I'm Irish (up in Donegal lawd) and for my first paddys day me and my friends went to town. The parade was shite and full of animal cruelty so we left to go to the park which was full of the police so we didn't chance going in as none of us could act sober enough :L then we stayed at a friends house and made some spliff. We did have the craic hie best day ever lawl. Emma is so much nicer than she appears on tv :O <3

Well.. I was on a school trip, so we did some mass preperation stuff, like singing practice and painting, went on a walk around Keswick, had the St. Patrick's day mass, played some games [including bungalow and spacehopper races. Honest to God, a priest on a space hopper is the funniest thing you'll ever see!], but yeah, then we had a disco because it was our last night :((((. It was an amazing day!
