Wait a minute. I just realized Sirrus knows who we are. He must hate us almost as much as his father! (He probably had a bomb in his pack too) Now that I think about it, it's a cool MYST moment to see Sirrus out of his red book. -_-

Emotional Achenar went ape on Haven and probably doesn't think too much about what he looks like. Sirrus is analytical in his way of thinking, & he shaved and gave himself a haircut to keep things orderly. And he was just fixing his cuff when he ran into us. (Only evil genious' do that)

Their contrasting personalities are so much fun! XD

Anyone notice that almost all the characters in this game have either Jewish or Arab names? Yeesha, Achnar...Umm, what is THAT all about?

Actually, Yeesha means "laughter" in D'ni (Myst's fictional language), and Achenar and Sirrus most likely refer to the stars with similar names (Achernar and Sirius).

Both. In other words, in some ways they're both good, and in some ways they're both bad.

In this case, though, Sirrus is the 'worse' of the two.

For what I remember, I think that in this opus Achenar is really the 'good' one and tries to make things right. Sirrus however is just a machiavelic manipulator !

Achenar and Sirrus are both evil Manipulative and deceitful the time i played i didnt release em i kept on going and completed the level i said screw it im not gunna release the evil twin brothers from hades nuh uh once u let one out its an instant game over trust me been there done that

He's more annoying than achenar...at least achenar actually knows and admits he's crazy and evil...Sirrus just tries to manipulate everyone when it's soo blatantley obvious he's a cock. It's a shame Myst games don't let you have weapons...I would've got rid of him ages ago lol!

but if you're newer at the games, you'd be more likely to believe Sirrus' speeches in both the first and 4rth games because he just likes money, he's not an obvious murderer like Achenar. He's also calmer.
