@BestMensTies Good question! Either works just fine -- I personally like cotton because it's easier to cheat with. You can just press the cotton handkerchief into the fold you like with an iron and it'll stay that way for many uses in a row. Super easy!
I agree witih you, im a guy that dresses like you Antonio, no tie, but on my case i usually wear a plain shirt-no buttons kind of like a merino wool mock or crew neck sweater & I found out that wearing a simple white or black handkerchief does still make you look formal without having to wear a tie or even a button-up shirt, take a look at Denzel Washington on American Gangster, black pants, black shoes, black mock merino sweater but with a bright sportcoat to contrast & black handkerchief ;)
@avenancius That's a great example - a fun movie about style and how to dress when you're working in a cocaine factory in 1970s New York. :) Actually - just a cool movie.
@RealMenRealStyle I love that movie :) I also love Denzel's wardrobe, the palette they used for his suits even though its lik 1950's? is something anyone could use today :)
Wow, I bought two silk handkerchiefs yesterday in Bangkok airport figuring it was about time I added something to my look and I come home plugging in my laptop to find this video out. Sweet.
I love all your videos. Is there any chance you will do a segment on color coordination when it comes to dressing? I recently read a book called "Color for Men" by Carole Jackson and by my brown eyes and light brown hair, I am labelled as an autumn. The author goes as far as saying that the typical white dress shirts and charcoal gray suits would look poor on my complexion. But to me, wearing brown just feels too informal.Could you please shed some light on this if you get a chance?
@CroSpartacus A few videos on color are in developement - I want to make it really easy to understand.... color for most men is something they shy away from as it is made harder than it need be. I want to change this.
Antonio, another great video! What material is better for a classic white pocket square - linen or cotton?

Lol the club mentality thing is so true. I love dressing well, gives you an edge that is easy to obtain and so few people put in the effort.
