Okay! I thought that I recognized the call letters but I wasn't sure.
No problem, man.
According to Wikipedia, Live It Up! segments were still done on film until 1987 (as is the case here).
Also, what the heck is that poor-quality film with the key at the end?

Big regret: I had watched and taped episodes of Live it Up! when they aired on talktv. Never thought to keep them...
