I remember the Gloster Meteor flying over Buenos Aires when I was boy in the late 50s and early '60s .,, the noise they made was quite unlike any airplane that I had experienced until then, and we all used to rush out of the house to see one of these "jets" flying over, we new they were coming 2 or 3 minutes before they flew overhead. The Argentina Air force use them.

Its the first british jet the Gloster Meteor with the most update modern fighter, the Eurofighter Typhoon.
The Meteor is the Typhoons great great great grandmother. Lol. :)
