holy shit why haven't i heard about you before?!? your solo's are really incredible and are damn close to Petrucci's. but the tobacco burst has a finished neck? that shocks me cuz i thought Petrucci always had unfinished necks. they're much easier to play on

i am left handed , i just bought 3 guitars . washburn vintage nuno 4 , ibanez steve vai , and last but not least ernie ball petrucci model. let me tell you the JP was way up there in tone , construction and perfection . all 3 side by side . the JP was No'1 .. Vai 2 and Nuno 3 . , i kept all 3 guitars for almost 2 weeks with no sleep compared every bit of aspect of all 3 . no matter what i was looking for . the JP came always at the top . check it out and you will see what i am talking about .

It doesn't matter if someone's name is on the headstock. I agree with several of the comments already stated. Buy any guitar that you like. Just don't think that you're going to sound like whoever's name is on it if it is a signature model. That's the biggest myth there is.

I'd love one of these guitars..... it's a shame it's a petrucci model. I don't someone else's name on my guitar other than the brand name etc.. like Fender or PRS

Who cares if it has his name on the headstock? Get one without the JP inlays if you're concerned. Why hinge your entire purchase on another player's signature on the stock when it is one of the most beautiful playing and sounding guitars in the music man lineup?

it dosent matter, i have an ibanez PGM 300 , and it dosent fell like i took pauls guitar and made it my own, and its not like your going to play like the artist if you buy one, just buy a guitat that makes you fell comfortable to play, if i were you i would totally buy the john petrucci model

the songs except 'In the hands of fate' were recorded with a Lexicon processor in the loop of a Randall head only for delay into an 1x12 cab loaded with a Celestion V30.

mics were an Audio-Technica AE3000 and an SM57 into a Tascam US122L plugged into the laptop
