  • Une véritable rareté de musique populaire vivante. Un vénérable musicien venu du fond des âges et qu'on ne peut oublier. Les autorités de Prague l'ont chassé du pont Saint Charles où il se produidsait auparavant car il nuisait soit disant l'image toutistique respectable de la ville. Une péition de protestation a été lancée.

    Sa vielle à roue typiquement hongroise est du facteur Balazs Nagy.

  • I am sure his hurdy-gurdy was made in Hungary; my wife's is exactly like this. This kind of hurdy-gurdy was used in the Szentes, Csongrad region in the southern part of Hungary. The historians of the instrument say that the hurdy-gurdy brought to Hungary possibly be Bohemian (Czech) trubadours.
