i hate all final fantasy remakes. every final fantasy title is a masterpiece and depends on the year it was released. final fantasy 4 for DS is a "good game" while final fantasy 4 on SNES is unique! people tried to put emotions into a low resolution screen with low colors!

nah again, japanese voises are much better than english ones - with just one exception. I hate that u can't switch to japanese version, especially since game force subtitles on u anyway. Propably the only way is to have normal voices is to get hacked version, like it was done in Crisis Core <_< I hope at least FFXIII woud do better job by including oryginal voices

I'm lucky I still got the original, seeing as how rare it is. I actually prefer to play the original than the new version. Mostly because to me it looks a lot better. Unless they re-remake it for 360 with the graphics of the opening scene then that would be great.

They only really serve to enhance the story of the original. They can never replace the originals.

It would be like Paul and Ringo re-recorded all of their tracks for the Beatles album so the sound quality would be better. It may sound better, but in the process, it loses a bit of its soul and what made it special in the first place.

Again, I love the enhanced 'remakes' of these games, but they can not replace or really top the originals. Just me, though.

Cecil and Cecille are 2 completely different names, google each and you'll get a very distinguishing difference.

Secondly, Cecils voice actor is a male in both the japanese and american version. Thirdly, Cecil and Rosa are basically engaged and get married at the end as I recall. and lastly, its a video game.

The DS remake is SO DIFFICULT! You have to spend at least 3 hours leveling up before fighting a new boss or else your a one hit knock out. Oh well, its a good game none the less. Now we will wait for Final Fantasy V DS!
