  • 88 lbs = 40 kg ???????

  • I weigh 185 can grab the rim at 5 9" and I couldn't come close to doing what you are doing.

  • 88 lbs?

  • nice and beautiful

  • Nice job! Very inspiring! Love those quads girl!!!

  • I'm pretty sure that if I tried this, I'd hit myself directly in the balls. Also, I'm pretty sure this girl could whip my ass.

  • you are so awesome, great body

  • The boxer in the corner looks like he throwing some nice punches.

  • After I saw this, I bought my 203 pound monster kettlebell. Getting great workouts.

  • ... GREAT!

  • wow i weigh 88 pounds ( im 13

  • @iajd9797 hey if she could press that kettlebell overhead, that means she could press u. wow!

  • Wow! I am just starting kettlebells and they are kicking my ass!

  • Pretty impresive

  • I always find it amusing to read the comments of men who would get their ass handed to them by women like these and can't handle it, so they say, 'oh yeah, but she looks like a man'. No she doesn't! Get over your caveman-esque preconceptions of gender and deal with it!

  • What's up with Rocky in the background?

  • gotta admit though she is strong for a girl considering you can hurt your back doing this if you are not careful. i think ive seen her prancing around at the beach once. she looks familiar. she looked like she was full of herself acting like she owns the place!!

  • Holyshit, is that really 88 pounds?

  • ah!!she look reallygood fine and toned to me and all natural i have seen her in person she is all nautrual

  • go back to the kitchen and make sandwich bitch

  • Ooh. Sexy and strong.

  • your pink skirt comment makes absolutely no sense. First of how is she "losing" the femininity with a pink skirt, what's more femine than a pink skirt, and secondly even if she decided to wear some baggy phatiques, does it make her less of a woman...you might just be intimidated by strong, beautiful women, if that't the case, then it's a personal issue. If you want to pay someone a compliment, then do JUST THAT! this is about Kettlebells not wardrobe. that's all. have a good day.

  • What a dangerous, silly, and, unecessary exercise. It's all fun and games until the weight crushes every bone in your foot.

  • YEAH, GOLDS GYM VENICE!!!!

  • What you got your woman making so for?

  • Her buff legs make my meat hard.

  • It looks like an 88 pounder to me. If I did that, I would be going to the hospital. Way to go Suzanna!

  • that sure doesnt look like a 88 pounder

  • Yes, she can crush you to a pulp-and do it while smiling.

  • Beautiful...oh yeah, and the lift is not bad either. :-) Seriously though, after puffing around with my dinky 16kg you get respect for what this takes. My hat is off!

  • I bet she could knock yo' ass clean out!!!

  • I love those guys who watch me pick up a 16Kg and then instantly pick up 24Kg or 32Kg Bell, do 3 to 4 swings or cleans then put it down.

They look round and 5 minutes later I'm still swinging with my 16Kg, I love Kettlebell training but it attracts so many posers

  • I would soo crack my skull.

  • When I'm at the gym, I always feel like someone is gonna let go of one of these by accident.

  • Nice flipping i wana learn

  • Thanks guys (and ladies) for all your nice comments! Kettlebells are fun and a great workout. I haven't been flipping much, lately... I've been busy chasing tennis balls on the courts :-)

  • i feel like less of a man now. This girl kicks ass!!!

  • When I do flips like she is doing I try to flip the KB close to my body reaching out for it causes a lot of stress on the back. I just find it easier

  • Nice legs, fine dynamic

  • Excellent Job! :D

  • are you single? :)

  • Nice hand-eye and strength

  • Hoopermazing, I don't think Idina Menzel would approve of your negative remarks on every video you've seen. The power of your uninformed mind is truly boundless.

  • Exactly what is it that I'm "uniformed" about? The last time I checked, I was a nurse who has seen more than my fair share of muscle tears and tendon ruptures etc. from this kind of happy horse-shit.

    As to Idina Menzel...

    A. You aren't her authorized representative. So, your speculations about her sense of propriety are unfounded.

    B. While I loved Idina in Rent and Wicked (both on Broadway, because that's how I roll) I don't give a rat's ass what she thinks.

  • Lol! Yeah, my vertebra are cracking just looking at this... cute girl though.

  • dont hurt the cooter!

  • DAMN!

  • I could just do with a brew

  • Wow!! thats really kool, great job!!

  • That is a bad girl.

  • Beautiful girl with real power! It's very rare in our times...

  • @W1LDtracer were they common in the past?

  • that's a solid chick right there

  • I'm instantly in love with you. Those cut thighs!

  • i like some of the mad old russian strongmen stories, like the one that could press 70lbs on one arm while juggle another 3 with the other arm and the guy that could do back flips while holding 53lbs in each hand.

Those kettle bells are very misleading they seem heavier than they are, i find the 35lbs ones hard works so respect for the 88lbs one.

  • Maybe I like Pink? And if it makes me feel good wearing it, I am going to :-) Not even thinking what I am losing or gaining.

  • Only just checked your other vids, didn't realize you're an ex-bodybuilder. I was thinking you'd just gone heavier and heavier in KBs and the muscle had just 'happened'. Hence the 'trying to hide something' assumption.

  • You're pretty. What can a 19yr old male athlete do with a 15lb kettle bell that will still give me a good workout...15lbs is all I could obtain. Thanks

  • nothing.

  • for real? is it really that too light?

  • yeah, it's supposed to be hard on you man. I'm 17, and do 30 lb. 30-35 will be good for you.. depending on how strong you consider yourself..

  • actually the great thing about the KBs is the physics. Since the weight is offset the centrifugal force increases with the amount of power you use to swing the kettlebell - essentially amplifying the weight. So swing that SOB really hard and fast for longer sets and you'll feel it.

  • How does a woman wearing a pink skirt lose her femininity?

If anything, the pink skirt adds to her femininity.

Damn that 88lb kettlebell. I was thinking of starting with a 35lb one.

  • I think you missunderstand. Before I start let me say I was in a bit of an asshole mood at the time of the comment and I regret saying it.

Anyway - yeah I think you read 'losing your femininity with a pink skirt' and thought I meant the skirt was causing femininity loss. Here is the comment again said in a different way for clarity:

You are losing your femininity - this cannot be hidden by wearing a pink skirt.

  • being built doesn't make a women less femenine. for instance, my cousin is 17 and she is a national lvl swimmer; she is damn built and still most guys drop their jaws at her. that, of course, should come with other facts like finnesse and manners.

this chick is freakin hot from my POV

  • @JonathanBloggs Nothing can keep her from being what she is, a woman. The notion that working out makes women less feminine is bs created by your culture. Every woman should be as strong, fast and healthy as her chosen lifestyle will allow. There is nothing feminine about being fat, weak, getting osteoporosis or bad posture. The body has a functional purpose as well as an aesthetic one. And no woman's body exists for the sole purpose of you looking at it.

  • @devorahacts Excessive muscularity is a masculine trait. That's a stone cold objective biological fact - it's got very little to do with culture and a lot to do with reproductive instinct. I'm not saying you should be fat and weak - that is a strawman argument, I'm saying women look less feminine when they've got big fucking muscles, and I'm unarguably and objectively correct in that assertation.

Testosterone is required for building muscles, testosterone is a male sex chemical.

  • @JonathanBloggs Who are you to call her or anyone else's muscles excessive? No, it really isn't a fact, the hormones that cause muscles to be larger exist on male and female bodies, naturally. Women are given muscles too, and I don't believe for a minute that they aren't meant to exercise them as much as they see fit.

  • @devorahacts "the hormones that cause muscles to be larger exist on [sic] male and female bodies, naturally." Yes, but at vastly different quantities. Women also come naturally with a small amount of facial hair, but if it they were to grow full beards we'd call that a masculine trait. Likewise too much testosterone and muscle on a woman is a masculine trait.

  • @JonathanBloggs The amount of testosterone or estrogen do not make someone entirely male or female. Those vastly different amounts vary, vastly in a completely natural state. And the human body is a whole lot more complex than that. It's a largely cultural expectation. Woman with larger muscles, in many countries where physical ability is more valued are not called masculine, but powerful and useful. The notion that anyone, male or female should limit how much they exercise is bs.

  • @devorahacts Hey if you want to make yourself look like a drag queen I'm not going to stop you, but I'm not going to lie and say you don't look like one.

For the record this girl is/was a female body builder so that means she took steroids to get that physique - it is actually physically impossible for women to build muscle like that without hormonal interference or a myostatin deficiency.

  • @JonathanBloggs She must have taken steroids to get that physique? She does not even have excessively large muscles. She looks like she has muscles that are about as defined as a woman's can get without taking steroids, but it does not look like they are excessive enough that she has taken steroids.

  • @acidstars9 While she may not be on steroids now, she has definately been on them in the past - the physique you see is just a slightly atrophied version of the bodybuilder one. And I love the bullshit strawman about staying strong and healthy - you won't hear me calling dancers or gymnasts masculine but you'd have to be a retard to think they are fat and weak.

  • @JonathanBloggs ---You have obviously never seen a woman on steroids, they do NOT look like this, moron! As an ex-power lifter, I have seen my share of them, and I can tell you she looks more like a fit tennis player!

  • @azvideoguy uhu, you sure told me. The fact that women are incapable of building muscle like that without steroids aside.

  • @JonathanBloggs - I agree. I think she looks like a male dressed in drag. I hate that! Reminds me of Jim Carrey as Vera De Milo. Sexy? Only if you're a submissive faggot male that wants to be dominated by a she-man. Only sissy boys and feminist lesbian man-haters who want women to be like men and men to be like women are into this shit. Pay no mind to them and know that the majority of men agree with you. This video is obviously going to be dominated by the minority who are into this crap.

  • @JonathanBloggs She is losing her femininity because she is staying strong and healthy? I guess an unhealthy, fat, and weak woman is more "feminine."

  • @JonathanBloggs losing her femininity? so, being stronger than you isn't feminine? feminine is whatever a 'woman' wants to define it as. the end.

  • @SPr1nkZ femininity is defined by hormones, evolution and biological reality. It really doesn't matter what 'a woman' says or thinks if it happens to be incorrect.

You could think that having a massive beard is really feminine, but you'd be flat out wrong.

  • @SPr1nkZ - I agree with JonathanBloggs. The ONLY reason why I can see a woman doing this to her body is because she feels insecure with being a normal female. Most normal women don't do this to their bodies for a reason so if she's not doing what the rest of women are doing then that means she has some sort of insecurity issues with herself and her femininity. Being fit and in shape and feeling healthy is normal, but a female bulking up muscle mass is anything but normal feminine behavior.

  • @JonathanBloggs Do you smoke crack? She looks great in pink

  • @JonathanBloggs Your retarded. Suzanna, you look great in whatever skirt, whatever color.

  • Suzanna, you an inspiration to us all..ESPECIALLY all those wimpy, metrosexual males that still want to refer to themselves as men! We can say that Suzanna is an example of a REAL woman.

  • I just shit myself because I could hardly lift 88lb

  • Very impressive!!! On top of that she is very attractive!

  • Wow, I'd like to bang that, mmm mmm mmm

  • Holy crap.

  • Wow - no sexual comments? Maybe there is hope for YouTube afterall.

  • that guy boxing in the back is awful.

  • Looks like that movement was good for explosive quads?

  • I to can carry 88 pounds (thats how much all my weight weighs together) I'm 98 pounds and this is something my older brother can't do and his 145 pounds!
