@sebastianklima Black on black MM Stingray. He used a 5 string on the Airplane video, you see it on all of his older stuff. He was playing a modulus more recently, but I am not sure what he is currently playing because, well, to be honestly, I dont think he is what he is cracked up to be... Look up some jazz bassists and see what they can do with a bass. Much more enjoyable.

@sebastianklima The best bass is one that feels the best in your hands. I personally play G&L basses. If you can find a G&L tribute, its a great mid-price bass. Its around $600, if im not mistaken. If you are looking for an American made bass, definately try to find a G&L L-2000 on Ebay. A used one should go for a $800 i believe. New is probably closer to 1300

Would say this style is a bit easier than flea's (playing the strings more powerful also means they would land on ur lower strings instead of keeping them floating like now). Still impressed :) only done it at 3/4 speed myself so far.
