No idea why Kristy Swanson was there. She had absolutely nothing to do with the franchise that people loved. She was in the movie that no one liked.

@AlterEgoFan Intentionally or accidentally? It's been a long time since I've seen the movie, but I remember not liking it very much. And anyone that I've talked to about the Buffyverse has told me that they disliked the movie.

Regardless of any of that, it's just kind of odd that she was there to me. Mostly, when people hear about Buffy, they think of the show. The other actors there were from the show, and most of the questions were about the show. She just seems misplaced to me.

I loved the movie. It was stupid (in a good-ish way) which made it funny to me.

the movie that Charisma is talking about is called "Hideaway" it was released in 1995, it was kind of creepy...especially the part where Jeremy Sisto kills himself.

the earlier you register the cheaper it is for dragoncon. at the door is around 100 or something

Depends on how big the convention is and how many days they're doing it for and how many days you want to be there. The biggest convention (at least that I know of) is Comic Con in San Diego. They have everything. Just to give you an idea; Smallville panel alone had 6,000 people show up! It costs less than an hundred dollars; I really don't remember the cost but I remember it was way cheaper than I expected and it was four days plus a preview day. I ended up not going but I live California...
