i mostly get charlie horse in my foot when I get upset sometimes as a quick way to vent stress I ball up my feet instead of my fists, it also helps to prevent me from grinding my teeth because I do not want damage from that because of anger. But now I find myself getting charlie horse in my feet a little more than usual like if I rub my feet or stretch, idk I am not a doctor but I know whats what and I think its just muscle confusion and hormones cause at 20 my hormones still rage -_-***

OMG I totally relate!!! I was recently in the hospital with a 7 HOUR Charlie horse!!! Went from my butt all the way down back of leg.... Damn thing didn't release for even a 1/2 second or with morphine!!!! When it finally decided to release, foot went numb...turns out a herniated disc broke off and wrapped around L5 nerve...surgery took it out and I feel a big difference in just one day!!!! Amazing
