She has a strong voice. Is she still married to that guy that used to play basketball? Regina , as long as you sing, you're o.k. But please dont try to pastor, there is no scriptural model for that.
I think that it is wonderful that she came to gospel music. But i think that she should bring her soultry sound of R&B and Jazz over to gospel. the same sound she had, but with passion and healing and encouragement thruouh song. Now she is singing traditional songs and thats fine, but honestly that sound for the most part is not her. Go back to the style God gave her and bring it for his glory. Thereby bringing her passion through a whole new door.
Regina, You have always sang beautifull love songs. I glad to hear you area recoginizing the gift given. God is blessing you right now. I don't know you personally, but you have always seems to have had a level head.

Finally, someone in the industry that's not afraid to mention the name "Jesus" as their savior. I get tired of folk using the generic approach to the only risen christ, Jesus.

i appreciate people like Kelly Price & Dave Hollister who've been succesful secular artists but recently decided to do Gospel for real and proclaim not to go back! Regardless of what any of us do or who we used to be, we only have worth because of the blood of Jesus!

Wonderful. I know the same thing. I remember your songs back in a day but it is good to know about the changeover. Truthfully it is a lonely walk at times but to know what you know now is a tremendous help in daily walking with God. He has such a grip on me, I can't see myself leaving him even if I wanted to. I know to much about him to deny what he's done for me in the seen and unseen. God Bless!!!!

Fame does push people to the edge. I admire her for getting stoned on Jesus rather than a more dangerous outlet.
