It was not the stall horn....it was air being released from his butt cheeks from the pucker factor he had sucked on the seat cover. Nice landing....I make those in daytime though.
lol I love the joke, but doesn't the pucker factor make it inward tension and not outward? Why would air be escaping? Pucker factor makes you tense UP, not fart DOWN haha :-P
redsox.. you've got nothing to worry about height wise. I'm 5'7" and just got my private pilot's license.
And AppleOranges, that was indeed the stall warning horn sounded just prior to touchdown. This is a common occurance in a full flap landing as the airspeed just prior to touch down will have slowed to around Vso (40 knots in a 172) and will contribute to a slower airspeed at touchdown and a resulting shorter landing roll.
It's not rare to hear the stall warning at nightlandings because it is really hard to evaluate the altitude above the runway at night. So it was a really nice landing!
Red Sox, im 15 and I am 5'6" also, I am getting flight lessons, as long as you're not 2 feet tall, you can become a pilot i believe. And the video, NICE LANDING!!
@goondip i bet you do. ignorance will get you killed
