  • Is he running TO the sandwich, or running AWAY from it? Or maybe since this is PoMo it is a pastiche of the famous thriller Marathon Man, wherein Dustin Hoffman eats a sandwich. Or doesn't eat a sandwich. He either does or he doesn't, I can't really remember, but that isn't important. What's important is that there is a sandwich. Or isn't.
