i have a question about gun laws and this is the only way i could think of to ask yall because i am mostly on youtube alot. But i was reading georgia gun laws on the internet and it said that in G.A. Minors (persons under the age of 18) are NOT allowed by Georgia law to possess handguns. does this mean that someone 18+ can carry a handgun and have one in their name or what? thanks for letting me know

The short, oversimplified answer is that federal law prohibits those under 21 from buying a handgun, and the law prohibits those under 21 from carrying a handgun on their person.
