I transfered the money to my wife via western union. The steranger picked my money up by using my ID. If anybody have a experience like me please give me a advice how to do...
Tips to help protect against identity theft: * Check credit card statements, bank documents and financial reports every month for unauthorized activity. * Protect Social Security numbers. Don't carry Social Security cards in wallets or write the number on a check. * Don't provide personal information over the phone or the internet. * Never click on links sent in unsolicited email messages. * Keep personal info. in a secure place at home. SPAM EMAILS = SCAM!!! Say NO to wire transfers! FTCcredit
I recently got an email from this supposed Russian woman named Oksana Soutjagina. Included were photos of this really beautiful blonde woman with the physique of a supermodel. I conducted a background check by googling her name because I was really suspicious, and it turned out to be a really aweful scam. The site I went to also claims that she has no home phone number. Thankfully, I didn't send her any money. I don't even have $990, which is how much she said she needed for her trip to America.
All unsolicited spam E-mails, spim , Potential Lenders, Job offers, Checks/money orders, Sob Stories from OVERSEAS are SCAMS!! If it seems too good to be true, it probably a scam. If it's unsolicited, it's a scam!!
All unsolicited spam are scams too.
Never pay with Western Union or Money Gram - That's right -- never! These methods have proven to be unsafe when paying someone you don't know.

Does somebody want to transfer millions of dollars into your account?
Does someone want you pay you to cash cheques and send them the money?
Met a new friend/penpal on a friendship/dating site who's asking you for money?
Has a dying person contacted you wanting your help to give his money to charity?
Have you sold an item and are asked to accept a payment larger than the item amount?
IT'S A SCAM!
Don't fall for common scams like this
fight them!

Do not click on email links that request personal
information. Do not click on a link embedded within any
potentially suspicious email, especially if the
email requests personal info. Instead, try
starting a new Internet session with your browser,
typing the Web address of the link into the
address bar, and pressing 'Enter' to be sure you
are directed to a legitimate Web site.
