One question. What is the reason for the existance of this Video? I only watched this as I'm a 191 driver (Alexander Dennis, Enviro 400 in case you're interested) and I thought I might be in this video.
@FroggyDogg The video exists simply because this is my hobby. I'm a bus driver too (25 years) and have been taking photos / videos of buses for 34 years.
@BristolRE My dad was a London bus-driver from Nineteen-seventy-eight, up to his retirement, in about Two thousand and six. He used to do the One-Four-Nine and Two-Seven-Nine routes, (and also, the One-Nine-One route, before Enfield garage lost it!) Prior to that, he used to drive about on route Seventy-three. :)
@CockneyRebel1979 He would have seen many changes to the job during that period then, and none for the better. He's lucky to have retired in 2006 as these days you cant breathe without permission.
I didn't know that Arriva London also uses Plaxton Presidents...There are only Metroline and Arriva London bus route, including one First London...I live in West London :D
