Between the Mahdi Army death squads (who most likely killed the most of any side) and AQI's near daily mass casualty truck bombings back in 06/07 it's impossible to blame all or even most civilian deaths on Coalition or Iraqi forces, yet many still claim that every single civilian killed in Iraq was killed by evil US soldiers.
