MushroomsForLife, if you take another look at the results you will see that even though Livni on paper "won" the election (28 seats), the bloc she leads is 6 seats shy of the 61 seat majority mark to form a government so in effect she can't be PM since she can"t form a gov. past the 61 seat thershold.
