I never understand the comments saying a squad sucks or judging that one specific element would render the entire squad to be on JV or some such.

So the squad isn't Top Gun or World Cup, very few are. They're having fun, the elements they clearly worked on was the dance, and I saw smiles, decent cleanliness and a lot of fun for a pep rally. That's what's important isn't it?

on a side note, consider for pep rallies to make a formation so half the squad does the routine facing the other way
