I agree with you. She was placed in 30 at the World Champions last year and that rank didn't let her qualify to OG 2008.
She had dreams to compete in Olympic Games...too bad. But she is at the moment studying in a medical college(I think) and she is happy. At least it's good to hear that she is glad.
So who is representing the United States at the Olympic Games - no one? The rules must be different than when i was competing. used to be the top two US rhythmic gymnasts would automatically compete in the Olympics. I understand that Lisa is retiring to go to Yale in the Fall.
I didn't hear until now that there are any gymnasts from US ready to compete for OG. But I think Julie Zetlin and Rachel Marmer are still competing so who knows. By the way, not many countries are going to compete this year in RG I guess.
