It is a solo piece from the O'Carolan Project. They have done a great job of transcribing for guitar, nigh on, his entire back catalogue.

Paul - beautiful playing. Many thanks for the glowing reference here - arranging all 213 Carolan tunes was a labour of love for several years of my life. There are some little gems hidden away which no-one hears these days (unless they subscribe to my You Tube channel where I am steadily building them up!).
