Parros is a classy guy and would not do anything to intentionally hurt a guy. It was just an awkward fall, and Parros was clearly concerned about what had happened when he saw Mashinter there bleeding. Though I would dock Parros a point for this fight for not losing the lid after the kid had already done so.

I'm not sure why people are blasting Mash for taking his helmet off. By the rules, he has to, since Parros doesn't wear a visor. Otherwise, Mash would've gotten an extra 2 minutes. Blame the rule book, not the fighter.

Solid fight from both guys. And it seems that Mash gained the respect of a bunch of guys. It's going to be great when he become a regular.. and gets better.

As a San Jose Sharks fan, I really do hate the Ducks! But that hatred is all because of the rivalry. I have a ton of respect for all those soCaL foes (except Perry which i really really really hates, too agitating) . One enforcer that i really like outside the sharks roster is George Parros, a traditional enforcer such a classy guy... Gay enforcers are lot Steve Ott. Not completely laying flat but he was down (just like mike weber was). Seemed pretty unnecessary to me and it led to parros falling on top of him and cutting him like he did. If he's so classy he'd start showing some respect and stop going for that last punch when the fight is clearly over.

@buttkick22 : The "punch" at 44 seconds never made contact. As far as the falling on top. Hockey is a rough sport and more so for enforcers. Nothing overtly dirty in this fight. If you ever fought on skates you'd realize how difficult it can be.

Whether it fully landed or not he still ATTEMPTED to unnecessarily land 1 last big punch which directly affected what happened after (the falling on top with the elbow). I know there is nothing overtly dirty about it and the fall was an accident, but if parros doesnt go for that last punch the incident never happens. He's done stuff like that before (weber, cote, etc). It's dangerous
