I'm not sure this is north korea, because their streets are empty! They don't have that many vehicles!! Must somewhere in south korea, but definitely not north. One more thing, north koreans will never let people take videos or pictures without being escorted by the army. So this is not north korea.

This definitely is DPRK, I visited the country in April, but unfortunately didn't get a chance for such a video.

In Pyongyang they select the prettiest girls for this job, in the other cities you only see (ugly) men. Our guide told us some motorist (not that there are that many...) n Pyongyang even make traffic violations on purpose just to impress those girls...

Yes, it is a great place, a person who is American can visit the North Korean capital if they go to China first. The only sad thing about Pyongyang, is that there is no power at night some times, but It is generally a good place, people are not spoiled there!
