It's much better and actually human, to show more positive side and support rather then delivering some idiotic comments who are such negative behavior reflecting Only Your self. After seeing who You play I can only respond and say; Man please, find another occupation !
Are You electric player or classic guitar player. Watching Yor play and reading your critical comments of other players, I must address serious question ; Are You insane ?
this is jazz: interpretation, invention, personalization, and you've presented a refreshing and interesting version of AH's admittedly demanding and complex music
what I especially love is that you're presenting the foundation of the piece - the chordal underpinnings of it, unobscured by soloing (much as I love Holdsworth's solos)
be proud of your contributions here and thanks for posting
If you can find it, get a copy of Holdsworth's "reaching for the uncommon chord" there is a transcription of "Home" there, without the solo mind you. i think it's cool you attempting something so advanced. Nice job. i'd kill for a guitar player like that here in edmonton.
The basics for any musician is knowledge about INTERVALS. Have U heard about Intervals and the possibilties when using them ? I don't think so. Becouse if you have heard it, you probably would never askink very MATURE questions in this mater. And just to help your "curious spirit", the Intervals could be inverted in many ways without loosing the origin of tonality.
@2jazzfunk3 hahaha well its more than just intervals dude. that's basic music theory. You could invert the chords, but this is a chord melody so when you convert the chords, you take the melody off the top so it's not really heard so even though the chords are correct, the piece is played incorrectly because you can't hear the melody.
Since You are so clever boy, I would really apriciate if You can rerecord this song and show what You got under your fingers. Your talking is just talking and nothing else. Actually how many videos have you uploaded as musician on this chanenel? So please do sit down on your but and show your skills.
There are no rules here. It's just music. And I don't se any wrong with that. Anyway I think that I wrote description when I posted this a while ago, that keyobard plays the melody.
@candlewick163 Instead of sending idiotic comments, why don't you show what you got under your fingers on guitar neck ? It's to easy making critics on other musican behalf. Don't talk ! Be constructive and show what U can do. So far You have nothing to show rather than big mouth for your age.
Siouxie And The Banshees - Candyman" och Allan Holdsworth - Home???
Man kan ju fråga sig vem av oss behöver söka hjälp. Jag råkar jobba professionelt med människor och har utbildning för det. Det verkar som om du inte har tagit din medicin ....
Very unprofessional user, makes immature bad comments on peoples site-obviously not a musician!! ----> I found those words from some Youtube user who made this comment on your site. And I agree with him.
It would be very nice, if you can give constructive comments on peoples music rather then writing bull-sheet with taste of envy. And that is someting very immature IMO for your age. You are 45 years old ? Are'nt you.
But this is also typical Swedish behavior, since it doesn't suite famous swedish formula "lagom". I'm not swedish, and this kind of behavior in south Europe, USA or South America is not common and not accepted there, thanks god.
You did god job brother. One has to be musician to figure out this.
And, it is amazing how people are narrow in their way of thinking when judging out somethibg they don't entirelly understand. Very litle passion and lack of the knowledge. Maybe Envy to!
I hope you will do some more of you creative job and do post it soon.
I agree with you. The sound could be much better. So far I haven't found any amp who gives god sound. Plus, my studio is really small one. Actually it use to be a closet room for clothes. And to create a really god sound here, it's always a real challenge for me.

The idea of 4chords structure backing up with keyboards is god and then guitar with 3 and 4 part chords. Briliant.

So far, I own only 750 XL. Unfortunately I have not had 550 XL or model 6.

Well i suppose when you have a 750XL there is no need for another Charvel it is the best one in my opinion.
Shawn Lane had one and that is why i like Charvels so much.
Thanks anyway.
