Honestly....who gives a shit? I mean...it's a fucking lawnmower with a 250cc engine keeping up with a 400ex....that's pretty bad ass...plus, the 400ex is a 4 stroke and the 250 is a 2stroke...2 strokes make more power than 4 strokes...
Ah, but what about the new 700xx? I've heard people claiming a clocked 85 mph...that has to be scary (read: fun) as hell on something with such a short wheelbase. I've not heard anything about acceleration though.
that's all the 660's and 700's are good for is top speed. I've never ridden against a 700xx but i've been on a a DS650 and a slightly older modded Raptor660 and the big bikes have all this power but they are sluggish against a 400 or 450. But a stock 700xx clocking 85...wow

i think out of any atv (excluding the new yfz450) the 400ex has the best power to weight ratio, and tweak it a little bit and two strokes bow.
