Very beautiful video, again! I can see why it won! It gets the message across without shocking a wide audience! The people who say this is too soft should remember that we have seen it all on here, so we can take a lot and think that we need to be very graphic for the message to get out. Dogs make this sometimes awful cruel world beautiful and to know dogs are forced to fight and be killed or in pain is heart breaking animals are gifts from God and those who abuse them are evil and truly heartless and cruel. They should be forced to go in a pit and be mauled and feel the pain of their barbaric amusement. I am quite sure they would think twice about doing it again to any living thing. But if you can do it in the first place you must not have empathy so perhaps not.

This video was way too soft to get the point across in a national campaign. Just read the response from loadeddiceinc who totally missed the point. If we're going to spend money and time on a national campaign, and right now after the Vick travesty is our best shot at impressing the public, the video needs to be much more graphic about the horrors of dog fighting. I cannot financially support this Ms. Paisly Sky one.

I also thought the video was too soft, at first. However, by the end, I was crying my eyes out. It's not hitting you over the head, but hopefully it'll reel the audience in and get the message across.

The message went south when the dog agreed to fight, if that's what the owner wanted. Too much nuance in this message for those who don't see the inherent cruelty in dog fighting. Very easy for someone to misinterpret this and think, "See fighting dogs live happy lives." For something as brutal and inhumane as dogfighting, people need a harder hitting more graphic message. Nice video, just a bit soft.

I have 2 pit bulls my self and they are the best dogs ever. they might love you to death but that is as close as they get to hurt anyhing. It's how you raise them and how much love you give them. I wish more people would stop generalizing them. Go save a pit bull today!

I befriended a neglected pit bull that belonged to my parent's neighbors. It was timid, lonely and had some hair loss. I called the city to report that it had no dog house. It got one that week. I then befriended the neighbors and got their permission to walk, feed, and play games with the pit bull.

After 2 months of daily visits, filled with fun and love, it was a healthy, happy, friendly dog. Unfortunately, the neighbors moved, and gave the dog away to another neighbor who ended up having to give him to a pit bull rescue center, at the other end of my state.

I lost contact with that guy, and didn't get a chance to find out where the rescue center was, but I thank God for those two months. He gave me the same amount of love and happiness that I gave him. I keep that pit bull and all neglected and abused animals in my prayers. I am very glad that I brought some love and happiness into the life of that wonderful, neglected dog.

i get the message but it should be more obviuos because it comes off just a little like its ok to dogfight because the dog is naturally loyal to the owner i think if you just added a link or wrote something it would get your message across, but great video

What bothers me about this one is it may give the impression that a fighting dog is loved and has a great relationship with its owner, a comfy place to rest and all these other things to do. I dont think any of that is the case for fighting dogs as there lives are a living hell.

This video is so moving it made me cry...such a perfect message - "please don't ask me to fight today, there's so much else we can do..." I wish everyone could see this. The images were both uplifting and saddening...that pit bull was lucky to have a loving owner and a wonderful life, but there are so many other pit bulls who do not have the same good fortune. It gives a feeling of hope and also heartbreak. We must stop dogfighting NOW!
