Of course it's fake!! Notice the word "Drill" in the title of this video. The entire thing was a drill.....just practice so the emergency teams can be ready and experienced in case the unthinkable ever happens. Thanks for watching.
I've taken part in these before. I had a massive chest wound and I was, quite literally, covered in blood. I felt bad for the firemen who had to carry me out....I'm 6'4" and about 280. I survived. Barely. But if you get the chance, these things are quite the learning experience. Awesome video..
How did they get the entire building to fill up with "smoke"? And how did all of those people just lay there with those fire alarms going off....that would drive me crazy! Great video though!
They used a whole lot of smoke machines placed strategically throughout the auditorium where all the people were laying. The planners did a great in getting people motivated to do this. And the people who participated, pretending to be dead and injured were simply awesome. But those Sirens!!! My ears rang for 2 days after I shot this!
An excellent video. As a HD rescue instructor in a past life as well as ALS/CPR instructor (again in a past life) it really takes me back a few (many) years. Great job.
hey emt is my father and he is right this means alot it takes alot to film this becuase theres alot going on at once and u did the best job ive ever seen keep up the good work.
thank you for the coverage my name is eric and i was the head controller and was responsable for setting up the drill. your coverage was fantastic i wonder if you can contact me so i can get some of the other footage for my report and training purposes. again thank you for taking the time and posting the video. i am the captain of the cortlandt ambulance corps
Hey Captain!! Thanks for watching the vid!! And let me tell ya...You guys are Awesome!! The footage I collected was so awesome that the 90 second version I edited for my Cable Station just didn't do it the proper justice. I just had to edit a longer version of it.
