I'm pretty sure hisagi would have won if he had used his shikai. The way he he swings kazeshini around makes it easy for him to cut off yumichika's shikai

gahh, i can't even imagine how kick ass yumichika's bankai would be! if only he used his real zanpakutou more....

Yes,his shikai is better than a lot of bankais. He would be one of the greatest characters if he wasn't in the 11th division.
